Mehdi BOUSNINA Named Partner for Africa
AXIANTIS strengthens its presence across African markets with the appointment of Mehdi Bousnina as Partner for Africa, bringing more than 25 years of experience in government advisory, infrastructure and strategic projects.
Paris, Lomé – AXIANTIS is pleased to announce the appointment of Mehdi BOUSNINA as Partner for Africa. He will oversee operations and strategic development across the continent.
Based in Lomé, Mehdi will operate from Africa’s major economic hubs. These include Abidjan, Lagos, Dakar, Casablanca, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Kinshasa, and Cairo. He will provide operational support to clients and facilitate investments and cross-border transactions across African markets.
With more than 25 years of experience, Mehdi brings deep expertise in advising governments. He has also structured public-private partnerships and delivered high-impact infrastructure projects.
His sector experience covers energy, transport, agriculture, mining, and logistics. He also advises on complex litigation and international arbitration. His expertise includes compliance and regulatory advisory, market entry strategies, M&A, and fraud and financial investigations.
His appointment strengthens AXIANTIS’ on-the-ground capabilities. It enables the firm to deliver strategic and risk-managed solutions to companies, investors, and public institutions across African markets.

AXIANTIS welcomes Jean-Loup Rousseau as Partner, strengthening its international advisory capabilities in crisis management, M&A, corporate transitions and complex financial situations.
AXIANTIS is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Loup Rousseau as Partner, further strengthening the firm’s international advisory capabilities.
With more than two decades of experience, Jean-Loup advises clients on crisis management, M&A, strategic matters, and complex corporate transitions. He has supported international corporations, shareholders, and private equity investors through restructurings and demanding financial situations.
A graduate of CentraleSupélec, Jean-Loup combines a strong engineering background with deep business and strategic expertise.
His experience includes distressed situations, financial turnarounds, due diligence, and strategic transactions, particularly in technology and innovation-driven sectors. His international experience spans Europe, Asia, and the United States.
His appointment strengthens AXIANTIS’ global Partner network and enhances its ability to support clients facing complex environments through risk assessment, strategic growth structuring, crisis management, and operational repositioning.
